A full house of HR leaders
The main hall filled up early, with round-table seating that made it easy to meet people from companies across Hyderabad. The conversations at our table ranged from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews and the day-to-day work of keeping employees engaged.

A highlight of the day was the signature talk by author Devdutt Pattanaik — “Power, Purpose & People: Ancient Wisdom for Modern Workplaces” — on bringing timeless ideas about leadership, purpose and people into today's organisations.

Between sessions we explored the expo floor: HR platforms, employee financial-wellness solutions and attendance and workforce analytics, with live demos at every booth.
